​RESERVATIONS

• Booking a tee-time in advance is highly recommended. Please use the on-line booking link to decrease call volumes.​

ARRIVAL

• Access to the golf course is limited to staff, club members and guests with pre-booked tee-times, range session or lesson.

• The washrooms in the Golf Shop are open.

• All golfers are expected to arrive and check into the Golf Shop a minimum 25 minutes prior to their tee time.

• All golfers will check in at the Golf Shop prior to using the practice facilities.

• Golfers should bring their own water bottles to the course. A water fill station is located in the golf shop and on the course every 3 holes.​

CHECK-IN & PRO SHOP

• Golf Shop is open daily from 7:00am – 10:00pm daily.

• The retail store will be open with entry from either entrance here at the Golf Club House.​​

GOLF CARTS

• The following items will be provided on golf carts

  • PACE GPS System, new for 2026

  • Club & Ball washer cleaners

  • Coolers

  • Sand Seed Bottles

  • Divot Tools - available with the starter 

  • Ball Markers – available with the starter

  • Golf Tees – available with the starter

PRACTICE FACILITY

• Practice facility opens 30 minutes before the first tee time and closes at 6:30 pm daily.

• All practice greens will be open.

ON THE COURSE

• Scorecards will be available from the starter along with pencils.

• The on-course washrooms will be available during play. They are located at 7th/11th tee and 15th tee areas.

• Birdie's Refreshment Area is located at the 7th tee and 11th tee.

POST ROUND

Any person who has a second round booked will proceed to the starter on-deck following completion of their first round for direction on what to do prior to their second round.

• Where possible the tee time will be adjusted to get the group off within 15 minutes.

• If there will be a delay before their second tee time, the cart will be parked in a designated area until their tee time arrives​.

RENTAL CLUBS

Rental Clubs are available for use.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

• Food and beverages are available from Thompson’s To-Go, located at the Golf Shop & Birdie's Refreshment Area. 

• Thompson Terrace, our incredible barbecue restaurant overlooking the 1st tee and putting green is open daily 7 days a week.

​EVACUATION IN THE EVENT OF LIGHTING STORM

• All persons who arrived by vehicle will be asked to park their carts behind their car and wait for play to resume in their cars.

• All persons who walked/biked will be brought into the clubhouse area while waiting out the storm.

​FROST DELAY

• When a frost delay occurs guests will be contacted in a very timely manner with their updated Tee Times.
